Join us for the annual Spring Detox Yoga Retreat! There is no better place to be than in the beautiful, pristine woods of Northern Michigan in the spring to inspire and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit! Join us at Barothy Lodge in Walhalla, Michigan, just 15 minutes from Ludington. We will begin each day with a heated, invigorating and cleansing vinyasa flow and energizing pranayama practice, followed by fresh pressed fruit and vegetable juice. The weekend will include cleansing, wholesome, plant-based meals from our amazing and talented chef, Laura Cavender, hiking the many wooded trails along the Pere Marquette River, bonfires, discussions on the purification practices of Yoga, soaking in the (indoor or outdoor) hot tubs, and more!
This 3 night, 4 day weekend will awaken and rejuvenate you after the cold, dark and introspective months of winter. You will feel refreshed, energized and renewed.

no later than 60 days prior to first day of retreat = full refund minus $100 registration fee
61-15 days prior = 25% refund
After 15 days prior no refund
*Please note, there is a $100 transfer fee to transfer your reservation to someone else.
