What to bring:
Your own yoga mat
Large bolster
1-2 thick blankets
1-2 4inch yoga blocks
Yoga strap at least 8 ft long (10-12 ft preferred)
Comfortable clothing
Food for your dinners and extra snacks if you feel the need
Water bottle
Journal and something to write with
Ear plugs if you are sleeping in the bunk room
Warm clothing and shoes or boots for outdoor hikes
An attitude of warmth, friendliness and sharing
Yoga Prop Rental: $35 for the week (bolster, block, blanket, strap)
The nature of this training requires working closely with others. You will be collaborating, learning hands-on assists and adjustments, staying together, cooking and dining together, etc. While it is impossible to eliminate all risk, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate. You will be asked to provide proof of vaccination. This is non-negotiable.
Course Overview
An in-depth exploration of Yin Yoga, this course with Stephanie Lynn, E-RYT 500, will provide you with 30 Yoga Alliance CEU's, a certificate of completion, and knowledge, skill and understanding of the following:
